Twenties or Thirties?!

When should you have a child? In your twenties or thirties? What are the pros and cons? Confess ladies, what are your thoughts about this?

Check Up!

As we approach our thirties ladies let us have our regular check ups, these are important and could be life changing. Dont wait for something to happen before you get a check up!

Heavy. Period!

Usually this is not something we talk about regularly! Nonetheless, it is a topic of conversation that is important in our lives.  I am not sure if any of you ladies in your thirties and older have noticed whether aunt flo has been much heavier?

 Recently i have noticed it more and more! I am not sure if is because i am in my thirties? Or because i do not have babies yet? Whichever it is...i am noticing. As different things happen to our bodies and especially in our cycles, it is important to notice!

 Is this something i should worry about enough to bring it up at my next doctor's appointment? Any thoughts and or advice to share?

Confess and help someone out there like myself?

Spring Cleaning

It is that time of year again when we change our closets over from winter, dreary clothes to spring/summer clothes. This is a lovely time of year.  Spring Cleaning! Commonly people will also clean out their homes, get raid of items that they haven't used for years. While we clean out our clothes and household items, let us not forget to clean out emotional baggage that we may be holding on to.  Like our winter clothes in our closets, when we add our spring/summer clothes, our closets become overwhelmed and burdened.  When we don't let go of emotional baggage, we over burden ourselves and can break down, emotionally, spiritually and physically.  As spring comes in strong and vibrant, let us remember to not only clean house but clean our minds and hearts as well!
