Fitness Friday

TC30s received permission from Athletes4life Fitness Services to repost this because i thought it was fairly interesting and since most women are on a health kick this month...TC30s thought it would be worth sharing.

What's Your Fitness Level?

This test can be performed on either a running track (six laps around a standard 400-meter track)
or on a flat street where 1.5 miles is measured using an odometer.

For Men
Poor: > 12 minutes
Average: 12 to 10:01 minutes
Good: 10 to 9:01 minutes
Exceptional: < 9 minutes

For Women
Poor: >14 minutes
Average: 14 to 12:01 minutes
Good: 12 to 11:01
Exceptional: <11 minutes

Aerobic fitness test and results are based on Muscle & Performance Magazine!
