Hello ladies,

Did you miss me? Sure I did. I feel like I've finally settled into a routine and hopefully I can pick up blogging as I like to.

Today I wanted to say hello and tell you how my pregnancy is progressing.

I can say that thanks to the Almight my health has not fail me too much during the journey. I don't like to be ill and I thank God to know me so much so he didn't let me go through any morning sickness. Since June I am going to the gym which helps, even once a month helps my body keep fit.

Yesterday my mum phoned and I told her I am going to the gym. At what she asked me "Is the doctor who told you to go?"
"The doctor told me that if i feel health I can go, plus I don't push myself to the limits."
"Be careful and don't go running to pick up phone call." my mother is sweet, I have to listen to her and take extra care of my body.

I am taking my folic acid and using Cocoa Butter for my body. I am eating fruits and drinking milk. But I want to know products that will help keep me health to my body from inside to the outside throughout my pregnancy and beyond.

How did you take care of you body while pregnant?

Please ladies let's confess :)!

I think that keeping up with some kind of low impact exercise will really help the most. Just my opinion though. :P Hi, I'm here via Stumble me Friday, I hope you will stop by and share the love! (consider yourself stumbled!)

How is the Cocoa butter working for you? I've never been pregnant, but I AM a stretch-marky mess and that stuff works wonders on my skin!

Oh, I've been pregnant so many times...let's see, what I did was take lots of herbal supplements. I have a midwife who is very herbal, and she had a list of what I should be taking each day. I also drank LOTS of water. I walked a lot for exercise. And I took a bath every night to unwind (warm but not hot water) -- I also sat on one of those very BIG balls and would do a figure 8 with my pelvis while watching tv (did this once I got into that last month of pregnancy as this helps get the baby into position, and it feels good on the back) All of my babies were born big and healthy - the last one was 10 pounds 7 ounces -- born at home, in water. Very cool, having them at home. I had my last three at home, and the rest in a hospital. Loved the home births, but realize it's not for everyone :)

Congrats on your pregnancy! Take good care of yourself and enjoy this time. I love being pregnant, and I'd have ten more kids, if I could :)

I'm a new follower of your blog :)
Hope you're having a great weekend!

Congrats on your pregnancy! I was lucky enough to not have many stretch marks and I can only attribute it to LOTS of water and cocoa butter. I also worked up until almost my due date with all three of my pregnancies!

Love your blog!
