On Beauty: How To Great Skin

Okay ladies!!!

I was reading an expert tip on beauty which I would like to share with you today. It was given by Elle Macpherson, an Australian supermodel, mother and business woman.

She explains how to achieve a great skin "... I hydrate and nourish my skin from the inside with antioxidants. So for breakfast I have yoghurt with manuka honey, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. And I make smoothies with carrot, ginger and apple, which gives me energy as well as feeding my skin. I also drink three litres of water a day."

There you have it ladies.

As much as we take care of our skin on outside we need to take care of it from the inside as well. Out of the three things she listed, I like the breakfast tip and the water tip. Not everyone can drink three liters therefore if you can drink 2litres that's a great way to start taking care of your skin from the inside.

I believe we don't need to be supermodels to feel great and a have great skin from the inside-out.

Water is a great source...I always carry my water bottle with me! Also exfoliating does help...I try to do it once a week but doesn't always happen!

I tried pumpkin seeds and they are great in zinc and other vitamins.

i drink water all throughout the day ... it is almost crazy how much water i drink ... i love sunflower seeds so it is awesome to know that it is good for my skin too!
